ANTIU EXAMINATION SYSTEM SUCKS!

What will happen if I miss my paper?
A student who misses any paper, whether on medical/compassionate/personal grounds, will have to re-take the course concerned. It is to be noted that the student has to attend all lectures and submit tutorial assignments again before he is able to sit for the written examination

Why are supplementary papers not offered to students who fail or miss any paper?
Under the academic unit system, students are given more choices and flexibility to progress at their own pace. Unlike the old system, they need not repeat the year if they fail or were otherwise unable to take any paper as they can take the course again the following semester, if offered. Even if the course is not offered, final year students may be permitted to take the course as a restricted repeat the following semester so that their graduation will not be delayed further. A restricted repeat is almost like a supplementary exam paper except that students are given more time to prepare for the examination and the opportunity to seek help from their tutors.

Beside, as there are already two main examinations in a year, there is very little time left to conduct supplementary examinations. With so many choices of courses given to students now, a lot of University resources would be required to set the many supplementary papers and conduct the examinations within such a limited time. Moreover, most of the courses are already offered in both the main semesters.

even if under *touchwood* compassionate leave,
the student still got to retake those bloody modules the next semester!!

I SERIOUSLY THINK THAT SUP PAPER IS VERY IMPORTANT. IF THEY DON'T WISH TO OFFER TO THOSE PPL WHO FAILED THEIR EXAMZ, AT LEAST THEY SHOULD LET STUDENTS WITH VALID REASON TO SIT FOR SUP PAPER IN LATER DATES. not to mention those who are damn hum ji that went to take MC when they think they gonna flunk tt mod, they bloody hell dun deserve sup paper!!

Guys! i'm at T1 now, so damn boring, their msn are not updated thus cannot sign in....and they have pop up blocks so cannot use web messenger as well...duh! now is like 5.30am? met chong, daph, jh, des, eugene teck directly after my work for late night movie, "Stardust" and i giving it 5 STARS!!!!! its super funny. ..haha suppose to leave during the mid movie because i haven't packed my bag yet other than the diving stuff which was like already in the dive bag and all i have to do is jus pull out from the shelve. but i couldn't bear to miss and part of the movie, is hilarious!!! especially the ghosts .... well the movie motivates you as well, from a complete loser to hero and eventually king waaaaah. it was like 3am when i reach home, i quickly pack my bags and prepare to leave as the web says to check in 3 hrs prior and my flights is 7.00 am.....i rush down.....NOT EVEN A SINGLE SOUL AT THE CHECK IN POINT......they decided to appear at about....5 am ? wah lao...... shouldn't have rush lo....can even take a bath.....everything is like wait wait wait and wait, now waiting for my flight at 6am :) transit at jarkata for two hrs is waiting for me....and when i reach there, i have to wait for joe and mo they to come because i will be reaching earlier than them..... well old maids....i will miss you!!! study hard k?! i'm not going to study le. i have other plans in mind....still working out...so will keep you all update k!!! will sms you all when i reach there safely hahaha is 5.55am now prepare to check in, bye guys, ciao~

Idiots! have they no parents to teach them something ???

this is irritating, asking an old man to ferry three of them on the same trishaw and not paying him later!!!!!!!! and mocked and humiliated him on the way.....shit! stupid people, trishaw are meant to be slow, for tourist to do some sightseeing, not a taxi!?! air head bimbos....
poor old man, still try to entertain them on the way with his minimal vocab, saying "happy! happy!" when the guys are laughing at him. that uncle might not know what's happening but we people feel heartache for this old man and angry with these three ass holes. it really hurts me at the ending of the clip, the old man went to each of them trying to get his money back and they jus hit off with a taxi and saying "10 dollars, my ass" this is not about the british, not about caucasians, is about these three people have no shame and respect. thus disgraced their race and country. these three people are the "HAI QUN ZI MA"
