I really hate it, I hate answering phone calls!!!!!!! STUPID SINGAPOREANS!!!!!!!! imagine, i repeat all this every single working days

irritating client no.1

Ring! ring!
Ming : " hello~ mt pleasant animal clinic east, how may i help?"

Client:"i'm bringing my dog/cat today, can i book an appointment?"

Ming: "I'm sorry appointments are fully booked, but you can come as a walk in, doc will still attend to you"

then here comes the stupid question~

client:" oh, how long do i have to wait?"

stupid ah! how the hell i know, people walk in the whole day, i to anticitpate how many people walk in per day, if i can, i might as well guess 4D and to to, i dun have to work liao, i strike 4D liao. STUPID!!! STUPID !!! STUPID!!!! typical singaporeans, I HATE YOU, you people makes my job difficult, YOU PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK OF MY JOB!!!! stop asking the SAME QUESTION!!!!!!!!

client:"hey can i book an appointment?"

Ming: "I'm sorry appointments are fully booked, but you can come as a walk in, doc will still attend to you"

client:"oh, you all close at 4.30pm, so i come around 4, issit ok? by that time the consults that come in before should be finished by then.....?then i can see the doc by then, so i won't hav to wait long"

grrrrrr...stupid ah! we accept walk-in till 4.30 , people still still can come in 3.50, 3.55 even 4.25 u think wat?! u very clever ah, stupid people.....deserve an insult!
